The Australian Association of Gerontology (AAG) works to improve the experience of ageing through the increase and sharing of knowledge. Plural developed a new visual identity and dynamic website with the goal of enhancing the AAG's capacity for delivering and sharing engaging content.
Expanding Knowledge of Ageing
The AAG has become Australia's peak national body linking professionals working across the multidisciplinary fields of ageing. It is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation consisting of members from diverse backgrounds including – researchers, academics, nurses, community workers, geriatricians and policy officers.
A large part of the creation of the AAG band was the design and development of a new website. The site design was planned with improving the quality of rich content and user experience. This included site use from a variety of private member and pubic user types. Both design and wireframing were created for development, which gave the AAG full confidence in having an interactive click through and to be able to make all the important and required changes before initiating development.
